This innovative restaurant is the first of its kind in the world, and is part of a US $5 million re-build of Rangalifinolhu Island, one of the twin islands that make up Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa. There is some joke about “see” food here, but I’m not sure how to word it. Pretty spectacular views I guess when the sun is still up. A little dark at night. Inventive for sure.
