A good Gizmodo review of the new iPod. When looking at the it, you have a choice: you can either see it as an evolutionary leap for iPod, or a slight downgrade from iPhone. I think overall it may be a third option… a downgrade for iPod. You gain a thinner shell, up to 16GB of storage, and you get the touch functionality…but you lose a bunch of apps, the phone, and some other surprising things. A nice summary of features missing or changes made.
