Google backs private Moon landing

Search giant Google is offering a $30m prize pot to private firms that land a robot rover on the Moon. This ought to be quite a creative exercise. Can someone do it for less than 30 million dollars? These kinds of competitions seem to spur creativity, so this should be interesting.
