Telescope on the Moon

As a child of the 60’s I love anything that pushes us further out into space. Something about it being “infinate” seems to call for a little investigation. Anyway, this would be a cool addition to our research abilities, and something permanent on the moon would make up for all the junk we left there when I was in high school. Perhaps a space junk recycling center would be more appropriate, but you have to start somewhere. So they’re talking about building the most powerful radiotelescope ever devised on the Moon. That’ll do. Can I wait until 2018? Sure.
